Can I skip a week or pause my service?
Absolutely! We understand that life happens. Whether you're going on vacation, have guests coming, or just need to pause for any reason, simply let us know and we'll adjust your schedule. There are no cancellation fees for pausing your service.
Do I need to be home during service?
Not at all! Most of our clients aren't home when we visit. As long as we have access to your yard through a gate or side entrance, we'll take care of everything. We'll send you a text notification when we arrive and when the job is complete.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We work rain or shine! A little rain doesn't stop us from keeping your yard clean. However, if there's severe weather that makes service unsafe or impossible, we'll reschedule your visit for the next available day at no extra charge.
What do you do with the waste?
We dispose of all pet waste responsibly and in accordance with local regulations. We never leave waste on your property. Everything is bagged, removed from your yard, and disposed of properly at an approved facility.
